is missing in expand.c to use $dkim_domain and $dkim_selector.

With that in place I'm able to use
  dkim_domain       = $sender_address_domain
  dkim_selector     = dktest
  dkim_private_key  = /etc/mail/domainkeys/${dkim_selector}.${dkim_domain}.pem
in my smtp-router to sign mail. At least SpamAssassin is happy with the
signatures;-)
