This is the development list for Exim. Suitable topics include development work on exim, future directions and means to manage exim development. Please do not post configuration questions or help requests to this list - they should be directed to exim-users Exim is a GNU GPL licensed MTA. This list about it has been running in one form or other since 1996. Further information on exim can be found at http://www.exim.org/. There is also a list for announcements about exim - ie new releases etc. Also a list for use of exim. All postings to the list are publically archived. Your posting to the list gives permission for your messages to be archived, should you not wish to have your postings archived then you should *not* send to this list. Subscribing to Exim-dev
Subscribe to Exim-dev by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
